Life Energies

Throughout the year I will be holding workshops, focusing on the energy of life, love, lustiness and laughter.  I will be introducing guest facilitators to work alongside me to offer a range of topics for exploration.

Whatever the subject we will be paying attention to the here and now, to the energy and insight that comes from developing awareness, to the ways of being that increase our vitality and aliveness and how we honour and respect each other and ourselves as men and women.

Pujas

“Our pujas are a transformative ritual designed to heal, awaken and open the energy system, especially in the heart chakra of the body.  This ritual is profound, educational and a great deal of fun.  In a puja you will stand in a circle with other people and practice many different meditations with htose in the group.  Through these exercises you will gain a deep understanding of Tantric principles and practices in a safe atmosphere to assist you in going deeper in your private relationships”  Charles Muir.

This is intended to be a monthly event which can be run in Glasgow or Edinburgh.  You will be requested prebook to ensure the balance of the group
